| Upon first glance, the V1200’s exceptional vertical construction and slim, elegant design is striking. The 12.1'' touch monitor atop the stand is resistive or capacitive, as required. With a resolution of 1,024 x 768 pixels, the V1200 optimally displays all the contents, for clear readability and high colour brilliance. Plus, there is its intense brightness of 500 nits. Therefore, anything on the screen is easily recognisable, even in the most unfavourable conditions – such as in full sunlight or under electric lighting. Thanks to an integrated Intel HD graphics chip, the POS system is also capable of handling sophisticated graphic programs. |
With its 2 GHz Intel Celeron J1900 quad-core processor, the V1200 has enough computing power in any case. In addition, it has 4 GB DDR3L RAM, which may be doubled, if necessary. For storing product and transaction data, it comes factory-direct with 128 GB SSD. The V1200 is equipped with 6 USB slots, two of which are on the right side, for quick access. There are also 3 serial/COM interfaces, so there are more than enough ports available, even for a large number of peripherals. There are also suitable interfaces available for connecting to the Ethernet or for connecting a cash drawer, as well as a VGA port for additional displays. In addition to barcode scanners and magnetic stripe readers, the V1200 offers the option of connecting 2 x 20 customer displays or a fully-fledged customer monitor - ideal for discount campaigns and other advertising measures. A waiter’s lock and RFID reader complete the wide range of accessories. Thus, users individually adapt the V1200 to any application. |
